Sri Lanka Panoramics

The panoramic format has always attracted me and I use both the Japanese Widelux camera and the Hasselblad X-Pan camera. Scanning these images brings me back to why I love the panoramic view. The Widelux is funky with a 180 rotating lens and it has distortion if the camera isn’t level. Even then it is like using a very wide lens. I love that look. The X-Pan camera is more conservative but the optics are fantastic. As a story=teller the panoramic format seems to have a beginning a middle and an end, all in one frame.
